Haaland’s father has revealed the reasons behind his son’s decision to join Manchester City, adding that Real Madrid was third on the list.
The news comes from the documentary ‘Haaland: The Big Decision’, as it explains the process behind the Norwegian’s decision to join the English giants from Borussia Dortmund.
The Times have published the statement made by Alfie Haaland, who can be seen talking about the different playing options available to his son.
“In our list, I think City is the best team. Bayern Munich is number two. We have Real Madrid as number three, Paris Saint-Germain number four. We have a few English teams besides City that are quite good. Liverpool and Chelsea. Also, it’s Barcelona. They are in the same row”, he said.
