Atletico Madrid are reportedly planning a move for Roberto Firmino.
According to “Todofichajes”, the Brazilian striker has become a target of the Spanish club for the next summer’s transfer window.
Diego Simeone is said to be an admirer of Firmino and will seek his transfer to “Wanda Metropolitano” next year.
The 31-year-old has a valid contract with Liverpool until June 30, 2023.
So, as things stand now, he will remain a free player after the end of this season and from January he can negotiate with other clubs.
Atletico Madrid have reportedly informed the former Hoffenheim forward’s agent that they want to sign him.
On the other hand, it is not yet known if Livepro will offer Firmino a new contract.
