Chelsea will soon have a new manager.
The London club are close to agreeing personal terms with RB Salzburg sporting director Christoph Freund.
According to Fabrizio Romano, talks between the clubs are underway to bring the 45-year-old to Stamford Bridge as soon as possible.
The Austrian director is known for his work, as earlier he brought footballers such as Erling Haaland, Sadio Mane and Dayot Upamecano to the Salzburg club.
One of the owners of the Chelsea club, Todd Boehly, who holds the position of chairman, is said to be a fan of the model with which the Red Bull Salzburg club works.
