Daniele De Rossi has started his career as a coach.
The icon of the Rome club has been made official this Tuesday at the Spali club.
De Rossi has signed a contract valid until June 30, 2024.
Spal competes in the second category of Italian football – Serie B.
The 39-year-old will not have an easy job at all, as the Italian team is in 14th position in the table, having collected 9 points after 8 rounds.
For Daniele De Rossi, it is the first adventure as a coach.
From March 2021 to August, he was part of the coaching staff of the Italian National Team, with head coach Roberto Mancini.
