Inter have no intention of giving up Romelu Lukaku.
The Italian club brought back the Belgian striker this summer, whom he had sold to Chelsea a year ago.
The Nerazzurri took the former Everton and Manchester United player on loan from the Blues, where he did not prove himself enough in his third season.
According to the Italian medium “La Gazzetta dello Sport”, the Italian runner-up has started talks with Chelsea to extend the loan to the Belgian representative.
Inter is ready to pay him 8 million euros in order to keep the attacking giant in the team for the 2023/24 season as well.
It remains to be seen whether the club from “Stamford Bridge” will accept this offer or will ask for a club that will finally buy the card of the dangerous attacker.
Lukaku had an excellent two-year experience with Inter, with whom he was also declared champion of Italy.
At the moment he is injured and this has also been noticed in the weak results of “Nerazzurri”.
