Manchester City are reportedly planning a move for Matheus Nunes, who has also attracted interest from Liverpool.
The midfielder was transferred to Wolves from Sporting Lisbon in the transfer window this summer. He signed a 5-year contract with the English club.
However, since the beginning of his first season at “Molineux Stadium”, Nunes is being linked with a departure.
According to the “Manchester Evening News”, Man City are interested in signing the Portuguese, who previously received praise from Pep Guardiola for his performance with Sporting Lisbon in a match against Man City in the Champions League.
Nunes has been identified as a possible target for the “Citizens”, as the club wants to strengthen their midfield even more for the future.
According to “Transfermarkt”, the 24-year-old is currently valued at 45 million euros in the transfer market.
