Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly open to joining Inter Miami, the club owned by David Beckham.
After failing to leave Manchester United in the summer, the Portuguese is struggling to secure a place in Erik ten Hag’s squad.
Ronaldo has been the starter in only one of the first eight matches of the “Red Devils” in the Premier League.
Thus, according to “The Mirror”, the 37-year-old is ready to leave “Old Trafford” in the winter transfer window, which opens in January.
Inter Miami are said to be interested in signing the England striker as they see him as a replacement for Gonzalo Higuain, who has announced he will retire from football at the end of the season.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is seriously considering a move to an MLS club, despite maintaining his preference to play for another European club.
The Portugal captain wants to secure a January move for a fee of £30million and a move to Inter Miami is said to be attractive to him.
We remind you that Ronaldo has a valid contract with Manchester United until June 30, 2023. In his agreement with the English club, there is also an option to extend the contract for another season, but this seems unlikely to happen.
