Cristiano Ronaldo has expressed his satisfaction that he met Sir Alex Ferguson on Sunday.
This meeting took place before the week 11 match between Manchester United and Newcastle United, which ended in a goalless draw.
Before the start of this match, Ferguson presented Ronaldo with a commemorative trophy in honor of the Portuguese’s 700th club goal.
The 37-year-old reached this figure in the tenth week of the Premier League, when he scored a goal in the 1:2 victory of the “Red Devils” against Everton.
Ronaldo posted a photo with the former coach of Manchester United on his Twitter account.
“Always a pleasure to be with you boss!” he wrote.
