The Netherlands has secured passage to the “Play-Off” stage in the League of Nations.
The Dutch national team won tonight against Belgium, in the sixth and last match in Group 4 of the A League.
“Tulipans” scored a minimum victory of 1:0. The match took place in “Johan Cruijff ArenA”.
The only and winning goal for the locals was scored by Virgil van Dijk in the 73rd minute.
Thus, the Netherlands ended the group stage with 16 points in the first position, while Belgium was second with 10 points.
The Dutch will participate in the “Play-Off”, while the Belgians have to accept the fact that they will be part of League A in the next edition.
