Chelsea footballer Jorginho has become a target of big European clubs.
The Italian midfielder is probably spending the last season in London, while next summer he will be a free agent.
The parties have not reached an agreement on the continuation of cooperation, which means that the European champion with Italy will leave “Stamford Bridge” during the coming summer.
Three big European clubs entered the race for the former Napoli player.
According to the Italian portal “Calciomercato”, Jorginho likes Barcelona above all.
However, the Catalan giant will face strong competition as the creative midfielder, specialist in penalties, is also liked by Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus.
Jorginho has been an important part of Chelsea since his arrival from Napoli in July 2018.
The 30-year-old has made over 200 appearances with “Blues”, while he has scored 29 goals and provided 9 assists.
Jorginho can choose the new team as early as January 2023, making a pre-contract with him.
Barca see him as the ideal replacement for the departing Sergio Busquets next season.
Meanwhile, PSG invested in midfield last summer, bringing in the likes of Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz, Carlos Soler and Renato Sanches.
But there is always room for Jorginho.
Even Juve has been waiting for the player in the “homeland” for a long time.
