Pep Guardiola has praised his player, Erling Haaland, who is shining in the shirt of Manchester City this season.
The Spanish coach spoke about the Norwegian striker before tonight’s duel with Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
“I knew that Haaland in open play is irresistible. But what has surprised and amazed me is how it moves quite well in tight spaces in the stricture area. He has scored many goals because he moves very well. I also like his work ethic, he is one of the first to arrive at the practice field and one of the last to leave. Last year he had some physical problems, this season also thanks to our doctors and physiotherapists, he can play every 3-4 days”, said Guardiola at the press conference.
Regarding the game with Dortmund, the Spaniard said that this game will not be easy and that he respects the opponent, but assured that the “Citizens” will give their best to defeat the Germans in a stadium with a fantastic atmosphere, where there is enough happy to be back there.
