Florentino Perez, after the “Golden Ball” ceremony, spoke about the winner of this award, Karim Benzema, as well as about the PSG striker, Kylian Mbappe, who was badly ignored by the president of Real Madrid.
Perez has ignored the French PSG striker, who has announced his intention to leave the big French club.
“I’m not interested in commenting on anything because I’m not reading news about Mbappe. Real Madrid has a bright future ahead of it. Vinicius and Rodrygo are real stars of the future. I see both of them as winners of the Ballon d’Or in the future”, stated Perez.
While ignoring Mbappe, Perez heaped praise on his team’s other Frenchman, Karim Benzema.
“Benzema deserved the Ballon d’Or. He has been the best in the last three or four years. “Benzema is a ‘9’, a mixture of the Ronaldo phenomenon with Zinedine Zidane,” said Perez.
